Trekking To Gosaikunda (Langtang National Park site, Rasuwa)

Life full of journey that teaches a lot. We 12 guys studying B.Sc Agriculture at Agriculture And Forestry University, Chitwan march to Rasuwa aiming to study the status of agriculture, daily schedule of himalayan people in agriculture ,  agritourism and experience himalayan lifestyle.

We start our journey from Dhunche headquarter of Rasuwa district in the early morning. We reached Ghatte Khola (1960masl) after about half hour trekking from Dhunche where a temple is present in symbol of Buddhism and Hindu that motivate step more high towards our destination. Then we reached  Deurali (2650 masl) after about 2hours of trekking  from Ghatte khola. Deurali  a place to feel more high with natural beauty around with sparkling Himalayans and mountain greenary. We trek enjoying the beautiful nature around our journey. Sound of birds add music to our trekking which make us feel welcome to enjoy real nature. When we reach Dhumsi (3110masl) it started to snow fall, we feel more happy to enjoy real snowfall for the first time in life.

Really its feel us as we are in new world free from all those stress and many more. We continue our journey enjoying snowfall and reached to Chandan Bari (3250 masl) at hotel site where only one Hotel Red Panda was opened . We decide to stay that night there and will march next early morning to our destination .

Next early morning we forward our step to Gosaikunda. We enjoyed trekking in snowy trail Lauri Binayak and so many other places to our destination. We feel as we are in the lap of Himalayan playing games. After about 6 hours of our trekking we reached at 4380 masl where our final destination…

Gosaikunda a place must to visit is the holy place of Hindu and Buddhist with many more Lakes (Kundas) around. If you people want to feel real heaven don´t think think more plan and march to Gosaikunda.  March to September is the best time to trekking where you can enjoy rhododendron and many more which is the main season. First week of february also is the best where you can experience snowfall , a new experience in life.. Make life more wonderful visiting such beautiful places…
